'We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange'

If you wish to exchange an item that has been purchased whilst on sale, you will have to return the item to us and re-order through the site. Please measure yourself accurately and ask us any questions you may have about the fitting of the item before you order.

UK Delivery

Standard UK  Delivery	Cost from £5.50 per delivery address. We use Skynet for our deliveries, not Royal Mail A signature will be required upon receipt.

Only orders placed before 12pm GMT are processed the same day, Orders placed after 12pm GMT will not be processed until the following day.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. Goods are not charged for until the actual day of dispatch.

All orders are processed in British Pound Sterling.

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.

Returns

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 7 days of receipt (21 days for overseas orders), for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied.

Return the item unused and in its original packaging together with your completed Returns & Exchanges form (included with your receipt and available to download here) .

Important information for International customers

Please mark returned packages 'Returned Items'. Garbstore will in cure import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package.

We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Garbstore at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not refund postage costs on sale items for exchange.
